Classic Home Imports was established in 2007 as a result of 3 core interests – quality antique furniture, international culture and children.

As a former executive for an international children's product company, owner John Shelton developed a fascination for many cultures outside of the United States including much of Asia. As the son of a quality custom home builder John also developed a strong interest in residential design, construction and furnishings. A desire to contribute in meaningful ways to various children's causes around the world is part of our culture here at Classic Home Imports as well.

We offer a unique blend of one-of-a-kind Qing Dynasty antiques that have been beautifully and meticulously restored, collector quality antiques that have had little or no repair or alteration, functional furniture custom made from re-claimed old wood and transitional pieces that are all relevant in any current design style or format. All of our products are hand-picked during frequent buying trips to Asia.

The elegant and varied product line includes armoires, sideboards, servers, several types of tables, architectural items, lamps, pottery and various accessories from China, Thailand, Tibet and Vietnam. Recently we began developing an exciting new product line consisting of Asian inspired contemporary functional furniture including tables constructed from antique architectural items, head boards, dining tables, flat screen TV cabinets and more.
